The Kanekalon fiber used to create our wig products is a thermostable material, allowing them to be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120°C. The optimal temperature range for styling is typically between 70-90°C, as excessively high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Our wigs cannot be dyed, as they lack the hair cuticle necessary to maintain the color for an extended period. Additionally, the hair cream rinse within the wig cap cannot be easily washed out.

To wear the wig, follow these steps: a) gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb; b) put on the wig cap; c) place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle; d) secure the wig in place.

Cleaning and caring for the wig involves the following: detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb; apply shampoo in cold or warm water; soak for 1-3 minutes; rinse with water; dry with a towel; gently shake the wig to restore its style, and then allow it to air dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling are normal occurrences, especially when wearing the wig for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to gently remove any loose hair, combing from the ends to the roots. This will prevent further shedding and tangling.

The hairstyle of each wig may vary slightly from batch to batch, as they are hand-trimmed. You can restyle the wig to suit your preferences. Color variations may also occur due to differences in personal computer or cell phone monitor settings, but we strive to accurately represent the colors in our product images.

Please note that the wig may require gentle shaking after receiving it, due to potential compression during packaging or transport. This will help restore the wig's fluffy, as-pictured appearance.

The wig's length is approximately 80cm/31 inches, with a potential error of 1-2 cm. The maximum circumference of the adjustable cap size is approximately 20-21 inches/51-53 cm, with a possible error of 1-2 cm.

Each package includes one wig, and the product is 100% brand new and made of high-temperature fiber.
